Same-day sliding glass door, patio door, and window repair in every Hunters Creek village. Free estimates, licensed and insured.
Hunters Creek is a master-planned community in south Orange County, between Orlando and Kissimmee along John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail. Built mostly from the late 1980s through the 2000s, it is made up of dozens of separate villages, many of them gated, around a golf course, lakes, and parks.
Many of the first Hunters Creek homes are now 30 years old or more, and a lot still have their original sliding glass doors onto a pool, lanai, or patio. That is right about when rollers wear out, latches stop catching, and weatherstripping shrinks.

Original doors in the older villages. When a door this age starts to grind or drag, the panel is usually fine and the rollers are done. New stainless steel rollers and a track cleaning restore it for far less than a new door, and keep the look your HOA approved.
Pool and lanai doors. Sand, pool water, and daily use wear rollers and latches quickly. We use stainless steel parts that hold up better around pools.
Gated villages and townhomes. We check in at the gate, work around HOA rules, and can coordinate with property managers when several homes need the same repair.
We focus on sliding doors and windows, so we arrive with the parts and experience for the job instead of guessing. We diagnose the actual cause before quoting, give you the price up front, and back our work with a 1-year labor warranty. If a repair does not make sense on an older door, we will tell you that too.
