Same-day sliding glass door, patio door, and window repair in Wekiwa Springs, Sabal Point, and Wekiva Hunt Club. Free estimates, licensed and insured.
Wekiwa Springs is the wooded residential area in western Seminole County next to Wekiwa Springs State Park and the Wekiva River. Its neighborhoods, including Sabal Point and Wekiva Hunt Club, sit on larger, tree-covered lots, and most homes have a sliding glass door onto a screened pool or back patio facing the woods.
Much of the area was built in the 1980s and 1990s, so many doors are now 30 years old or more. Shade and moisture from the tree cover keep tracks damp, and leaves, pollen, and pine needles collect in them, which speeds up roller wear.

Debris in the track. Leaves and pine needles get into the bottom track and the rollers grind over them. Over time that wears flat spots in the rollers and grooves in the track. Cleaning the track and replacing the rollers before the track is damaged is the cheaper fix.
Screened pool enclosures. Most homes here have a pool cage with a sliding screen door. Those screens come off track and tear, and we repair and re-hang them.
Original aluminum sliders. In Sabal Point and Wekiva Hunt Club, many doors are original to the house. We source the right roller sizes for older doors and repair them instead of replacing a door that still has years left.
We focus on sliding doors and windows, so we arrive with the parts and experience for the job instead of guessing. We diagnose the actual cause before quoting, give you the price up front, and back our work with a 1-year labor warranty. If a repair does not make sense on an older door, we will tell you that too.
