Sliding Door Repair for Celebration Homes
Celebration is the master-planned town in northwest Osceola County that Disney began building in the mid-1990s. Its traditional architecture, front porches, and walkable downtown around Lake Rianhard make it one of the most recognizable communities in Central Florida, and almost every home has a sliding glass door opening onto a back patio, lanai, or pool.
Many of the first Celebration homes are now 25 to 30 years old, and a lot of them still have their original patio doors. That is right about when rollers wear out, latches stop lining up, and weatherstripping shrinks. We serve the whole town, from downtown townhomes and condos to the single-family homes in the surrounding villages.

Original Doors, Townhomes, and HOA Standards
Original doors from the late 1990s and 2000s. When a door this age starts to grind or drag, the panel is usually fine and the rollers are done. Replacing the rollers and cleaning the track restores the door for a fraction of what a new door costs, and it keeps the look the HOA approved.
Downtown townhomes and condos. Units around Market Street and the lake share walls and often have tight access. We work efficiently, protect floors, and can coordinate with property managers when several units need the same repair.
Pocket and multi-panel sliders in newer sections. Some newer Celebration homes have large multi-panel or pocket sliders that disappear into the wall. These work beautifully when adjusted correctly and become very hard to move when a roller wears or the panel drops slightly.
