Sliding glass door, patio door, and window repair for the estate homes of Alaqua Lakes. Free estimates, licensed and insured.
Alaqua Lakes is a gated golf community in western Seminole County, between Longwood and Lake Mary. Built mostly from the late 1990s on, it is made up of large custom and semi-custom homes, many on the golf course or the community lakes.
Homes like these usually have the biggest sliding doors in the area: wide multi-panel and pocket sliders that open the living space onto the pool and the view. Those systems are heavy, and they need the right parts and careful adjustment to keep working well.

Multi-panel and stacking sliders. When one roller on a heavy panel wears, the panel drops and starts to bind. We replace rollers with heavy-duty stainless parts sized for the panel weight and realign each panel.
Pocket sliders. Doors that disappear into the wall are common here. When they stick or come off track, we can usually repair them without opening the wall.
Impact-rated doors. Many newer and updated homes have impact sliders, which are much heavier than standard doors. They need correctly sized rollers and careful adjustment to open easily and seal properly.
We focus on sliding doors and windows, so we arrive with the parts and experience for the job instead of guessing. We diagnose the actual cause before quoting, give you the price up front, and back our work with a 1-year labor warranty. If a repair does not make sense on an older door, we will tell you that too.
